Leadership is God’s gift to his churches to equip members for ministry and to exercise their authority.
Mount Vernon is a congregational church whereby members have final authority over its members, doctrines, and leaders. Biblically qualified men serve as Elders and Deacons and godly and gifted men and women serve as Ministry Coordinators and on Staff.
