Worship

Numbers, though often neglected, is a book rich with wisdom for the Christian life. In 1 Corinthians 10, the apostle Paul even said the events in Numbers “took place as examples for us.” We have much to learn from this book and in chapters 3–4 we learn that God is to be worshipped in God’s way. In chapters 1–2 of Numbers we see Israel prepared for war but in 3–4, they are prepared for worship.
