Deliverance

David is running from Saul, who has become his ruthless enemy. Betrayed by kinsmen who should have protected him, David is forced to hide in the mountains. David, a great prayer warrior, turns to his Lord for deliverance. Not only is David an example of how we ought to depend on the Lord today, his instinct to make a sacrifice reminds us that our biggest problem is not our circumstances but our sin.
