Feeling the Weight of Death

We live in a world that treats death as a natural part of life. However, Christians know death is a tragedy—the curse of the Fall. Jesus wept at the death of his friend, Lazarus. Jesus expressed righteous anger and agony because he knew the horror and sadness of physical death. When our posture toward death resembles that of our Savior, we see just how extraordinary resurrection life is.
